Granier is an local chain of bakeries and cafés, renowned for its focus on quality, freshness, and European tradition in the art of baking. For the opening of a new location in Chișinău, the client needed a modern production and serving space that would meet the brand's standards and the strict requirements of the HoReCa sector.

The main goal was to design and install a complete set of professional stainless steel equipment, perfectly adapted to the workflow of a modern bakery. It was important that the functionality of the production area blend harmoniously with the overall aesthetics of the space, so that staff could work efficiently and the equipment would integrate naturally into the interior design.
